You can use this page to request access, correction, or deletion of information processed through SCALE ME.

You may request information about personal data associated with you and how SCALE ME processes that information.
Correct My Data
You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information associated with you.
Delete My Data
You may request deletion of personal information associated with you, including body-composition records, subject to applicable legal, regulatory, security, and legitimate retention requirements.
Delete My SCALE ME Account
If SCALE ME or an authorized organization has provisioned a SCALE ME account for you, you may request deletion of the account and associated personal information.
The SCALE ME mobile application does not currently offer public self-service account registration.
Marketing Preferences
You may request to stop receiving certain marketing communications from SCALE ME.
Marketing preferences concerning third-party services may also be controlled using any unsubscribe or preference mechanisms provided in those communications.

Do not send passwords, complete body-composition reports, payment-card information, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.
Identity Verification
To protect your information from unauthorized access or deletion, SCALE ME may need to verify your identity before completing certain privacy requests.
We may request reasonable information necessary to confirm that you are authorized to make the request.
Organization-Controlled Records
If your information was entered into SCALE ME by a gym, clinic, nutrition professional, wellness provider, trainer, employer, or other organization, that organization may control the relevant member record.
In those circumstances, SCALE ME may need to coordinate your request with that organization or direct you to contact it.
What Happens After a Deletion Request
Once a valid deletion request is approved, SCALE ME will delete or anonymize information covered by the request unless retention is reasonably required for:

Certain information may remain temporarily in protected backup systems until normal backup-retention periods expire.
Where information must be retained, SCALE ME will limit retention to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.
Website Order Information
Deletion requests relating to ecommerce purchases may be subject to additional legal, accounting, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record retention obligations.
As a result, certain order information may not be immediately deletable even where other personal information can be removed.
